Ellis at Fareground Austin

I had the pleasure of exploring Ellis at Fairground. I’m going to say it’s one of the coolest structured bars I’ve been to in Austin. A spectacular space right in the heart of downtown Austin.
They have outdoor and indoor bar access. Along with an outside patio that has a tropical/concrete jungle feel. The structural build of this bar is down right prestigious architecture.

But enough with the looks of this place lets get to what we are here for. Drinks here are amazing we had the Zacatecan which has Kimo Sabe Mezcal and a pineapple paleta. Can we say fire and ice heck yes, perfect mix of spice and sweetness. Also ordered the Hotel International shaken Rum, Luxardo apricot, Pineapple. Along with some Frozen Rośe after i finished my meal. Every drink that touched my lips was a delight. The talented Sarah Rahl is in charge of the tasty drink menu so expect some exciting things when you stop by.

The food here is something of magic here in Austin. Top restaurants across Austin are all serving you the best yummy eats from Contigo, Dai Due Taqueria, Italic, TLV, Nikome, Henbit. I have eaten at some of these places and all of them make my soul happy! Ellis makes you feel like magic from the location and the drinks are spectacular. I can only say great things about this place, and everyone I have sent here has thanked me.
